What do you like playing better online or at a table with the real people, as much as I learn and like to play with the "play money" i would like playing with people better, you can get in there head and i think its overall a better environment

I more like playing live at casino's. Never played big tournaments yet. I will be playing EPT @ Barcalona 2008 in September the main event. So we shall see, it will be great for sure.

Casino play or private tournament play at real tables offers the most valuable experience.

I like playing live because it takes more thought. Although in online you play many more hands, so you get more knowledge.

I prefer online for three reasons:

1. There are no dealers so you get dealt many more hands each hour.
2. There is always a game going on, so even if you only have 15 minutes, you can sit at a holdem cash game and make a few bucks.
3.You don't have to tip the dealers after you play


Those are just a few, but I love online poker! I also enjoy the odd home game, but when i do play them, they seem really slow to me :P

i have only played live once, very frustrating i found, so i have to say i prefer online more

I have been playing for only 1 year and only online. I will play in "real life" later: doesn't feel ready yet!

I never really play online. Love doing pokerfaces, and I only really play with my friends.

i like playing live poker more because you can get tells off of ur opponents its very hard to see what kind of hand your opponent has if all you see is a fish avatar sitting there lol...i win alot online but i think i cash more when i play live

usually i like live tournament becz can read pplz and feel and guts,.,. while online hard tell u know which they can bluff or not. depend on thier skills.. i do like play online becz it freeroll! lol

I love playing live, but I don't get to as often as I would like. Online is fun too but it's really a differnet animal than live.

Deff enjoy playing live over the internet. I normally play small tournaments a few times a week (London Pubs, see Bubble Poker - Pub Poker League - Londons Number 1 Pub Poker League) and its great fun. Even though the tournaments are small, most of the players play a couple of cash games after the tournament is over, so you can leave with a nice hefty profit

im 100% a live palyer i do dabble online mostly trying to do the Chris Ferguson challenge. This year ill be playing at the minimum the casino employees event at the wsop hopefully more if my bank roll will permit it.....and ill gladly post my results!

I love live play, online is a means to get to play however since the nearest casino is i think 7-8 hrs from here lol

I prefer playing live poker because its when you really get into the game, and also because i like putting my sunglasses and jacket in the game

well i prefer live.iv played in vegas and it was alot better than online.can get to know the person you are playing against alot better live,plus you can see the tells alot easier.

i like playing online better, because i don't want to play poker that is true to the odds. i like poker that when you hit 4 of a kind you still lose 73 percent of the time. it's fun.

at the casino live is much better. I was at atlantic city for 9 days and never seen daylight.

the most difficult thing for me playing live at the casino is having to leave the poker room to smoke.
